4 - 4 = 0. The physical universe and all matter and objects on Earth are simple scientific fact. Every action has a natural consequence. We survive by learning what the rules of physical existence are and trying our best to stay alive. This is the foundation of every human life and all societal cohabitation. Beyond this point, we each move towards either a living heaven or hell depending on the remaining subjective rule of law, coerced social norms and totally fuckin' senseless whims of extremely fucked up total strangers. I've been kidnapped, caged, and slaved three separate times, each for money and power and a crime against humanity. Slavery, global murder, corruption, deceit, spy crimes and predatory tech are now expected. All of our relationships with ourselves, each other, the planet and the universe have failed.

0 + 4 = 4. When I was sold into American slavery in 2012, I was buried alive in a world of individual and collective 0's who have tried to break my will to live, and they have all failed. Several U.S. government agencies have repeatedly tried to turn me into a male prostitute. YouTube began targeting my electronic devices 7 years ago, resulting in being arrested and my entire life destroyed again for nothing during the pandemic. When I arrived at court, they all laughed out loud at me. When I arrived at a new residence away from the city, a police helicopter hovered directly outside my hilltop sliding doors for half an hour. After years of protesting 24/7 surveillance everywhere I go, my YouTube page has devolved into constant videos suggesting my personal anal rape, suicide, murder, arrest, global humiliation, and every single thing I say and do is mirrored online in real time. Every... thing.

Of course, it sounds beyond belief. I don't expect everyone or anyone to think it's possible. This is just a tiny bit of what the U.S. Gov. has done to me and sharing it online is the last thing I wanted. The larger point is that we can be surrounded by absolute 0's in society and still be good people and do great things. I have no loyalties to the people who have anonymously perpetrated these unconstitutional criminal acts against me. I've never met them, I don't know who they are, and they've tried to kill me with no benefit to my life, ever. I would like to prosecute every last one of them and make sure they all feel as much of my pain as possible. I am of sound mind and good physical health. I pose no threat to anyone around me at anytime unless I am being physically attacked. I do not own lethal weapons and I have no plans to hurt anyone, for any reason.

Earth is the only life sustaining planet and a Garden of Eden utopia, literally. We make it hell. All of our problems stem from cave people animalistically raping the individual sovereignty of other Homo sapiens for sociopathic gratification. We've been on the wrong path, of a fork in the road chosen hundreds of thousands of years ago, by prehistoric mumbo jumbo apes. It's time to get back, go the way of legit democracy, justice and freedom, and fix everything. There has never been a more terrorized, tortured, raped, betrayed and forsaken person than I am, right now. No one has ever apologized or been held accountable for hurting me. There are two paths in front of me, and you, and the human species. Evolution or extinction. I intend to survive, flourish, and improve everything for everyone, either with or against you.

Gratitude is the first, foremost and last priority of any healthy person, relationship or group. There is often so much to be upset about and needing to be contested and changed, but the simple fact is that we couldn't survive without each other's help, so the golden rule is chief. The problem with gratitude is being grateful for the wrong things. Anything that remedies problems but creates greater problems, especially for unrelated people, should be rejected. While being kind, humble, relatable, etc. is the basis of healthy interactions, gratitude should only occur when something is always proven positive or harmless for all life and the planet. Higher consciousness, courage, integrity and sacrifice are needed for appropriate gratitude. Ingratitude for good is bad. Gratitude for bad is far worse, replacing all good with more bad.

All of our societal and global democratic problems can be remedied, and our highest possible quality of life realized, with appropriate cooperation. One person with a gun, phone, microphone, camera or a trillion dollars is relatively powerless. It takes thousands of people to make a nuclear bomb, thousands of lies to sustain an offensive war of choice, hundreds of criminally funded spy criminals to overthrow a nation and steal everything, hundreds of self-enriching traitors in the U.S. Congress to make America a super pariah, etc. On the flipside, a smile at the drive-through window, checkout line or threshold can do so much for us and a medical professional, teacher or mentor can add decades to our lives. The only secret to good or bad experience is what we participate in and cooperate with.

Being human is the greatest privilege, and a greater responsibility. Uncontested intellectual prowess on Earth means that no other species is going to stop us from breaking everything. This dogmatic godlike power means that each human is either the very best or worst living influence with no bystanders. We are cosmic shepherds or rabid murderers, one and all. It has taken billions of years for Earth to become habitable. It's the only place we can survive out of 50,000 trillion planets. Human ancestors have somehow carried us to modern history for 300,000 years. We invented the wheel only 5,500 years ago. It takes us a year to walk, two years to converse, and we're the most self-aware and intelligent beings that we know of. Immediately after the wheel, we created homelessness and extinction by atomic weapons. We peaked as a species around 1960-70 and have since been looted back to the stone age. Untouchable psychopaths have gang raped all life, land and liberty for personal extraction. 1955 life expectancy is over, and we're all dead and gone compared to the world they knew. A few horrible people have stolen all of our better lives that the good Earth has afforded us.

Every man who has previously shaped the world has been dead wrong and a total failure. Ulterior and nefarious undermining, sabotage and cannibalism to extinction is all we have. Bad, worse and worst options that only ever add up to less and nothing is all we'll ever have. Existence is trash, despair and terror of anything we can remember, experience or imagine. The road to greater quality of life and the leadership and willpower to progress do not exist. We have no tires, brakes, steering, doors, seats or engine and we're fading on bricks in hell. Huge portions of society and government are corrupted and sadistic and must be put down. Any claims of historical legitimacy or adequacy are false and everything must be improved. Building an entirely superior shared existence with only our very best thus far, is our future.

We need to transition all of our cooperation into an entirely updated model of governance. Only a fourth branch of the United States government can correct the total failure of the executive, legislative and judicial branches. I present to you the Health and Safety branch, which will (a) exist solely to supervise, support and compensate for the executive, legislative and judicial branches with absolute authority, (b) give 1/3 of congressional voting power to millions of annually vetted American citizens voting on everything from their homes, (c) require separate voting passage by congressional members and the vetted citizen voters to approve legislation, i.e., House & Senate Maj. (2/3 pass) + Citizen Maj. (1/3 pass) = passed, (d) give citizen voters majority authority to dismiss, overturn and retry all court cases, (e) ... immediately suspend, terminate, arrest and prosecute all government employees including the Supreme Court and the President, (f) have a multi-layered, fully constitutional and failproof oversight department for all military and espionage funding, programs and opporations, (g) ensure extensive vetting and debating for all political campaigns with equal opportunity for several privately funded qualified candidates, (h) have total oversight of taxes and produce financial records in real-time with detailed progress and efficiency reports for all government institutions and their contractors, and (i) have total authority to immediately, routinely and permanently shut down all government functions beyond basic life needs whenever the U.S. government is not working in our best interest, and especially when misappropriated against international law and nonthreatening neighbor societies.

Updates to preexisting structure, ideology and culture are also needed for sustainability. Everything that goes into and out of the United States of America must be completely understood and controlled by the voting citizen population. Currently, 535 members of the U.S. Congress are appointed to do the will of 350,000,000 U.S. residents, and the entire antiquated scheme has failed. The promise of a new frontier, freedom, equality and utopian democracy was always a farse with colonization, slavery, genocide, constant deception and betrayal, and covert terror squads at America's rotten core from 1492 (Columbus) and 1776 (Declaration of Independence) until now. America has always only been about potential, and that potential has failed and we have definitively become Hitler's Germany.

1. Tax System Remodel: Voluntary, Incentivized, No Slavery.
   1. No one is arrested and imprisoned for not paying taxes.
      1. Top 50% business and personal income are required to pay taxes. Trial, asset seizure and non-invasive public declaration of their conviction status will occur if guilty and refusing to pay-in.
      2. Bottom 50% business and income are incentivized to pay taxes for "human rights" benefits such as healthcare and education, as well as being a proud and supportive citizen.
      3. Anyone who doesn't need the benefits and chooses not to pay-in will not be looked down upon, hassled or punished in any way.
   2. Top 50% business and personal income are required to pay taxes.
      1. Civilian and Gov. social encouragement will be used instead of law enforcement.
      2. Trial and prosecution will occur for tax evasion, without shame, terror or slavery. Assets can be seized above a person's ability to sustain a reasonable quality of life for one full year. Anyone refusing to go to trial after repeated Gov. attempts to mediate will be found guilty.
      3. The finances and assets needed for an individual to live reasonably for a year will be made law by Congress and civilian voters.
      4. Persons convicted of tax evasion will have their name and reference number on a publicly available Gov. list for conscientious individuals in society. Only their first, last name and reference number will be plainly displayed. No photo, address or other identifying info will be present. It will be up to the convicted citizen to truthfully reveal their status if questioned in public.
   3. Profits above 12.5% for designated businesses will go into civilian tax pool.
      1. Military, espionage, surveillance, civilian tax payer "human rights" benefits companies, and many other Gov. business partners.
   4. All tax payers will be allowed and encouraged to choose what Gov. services their taxes fund.
      1. All tax payers will be able to choose the Gov. services they would like to contribute to specifically.
      2. Detailed info will be available for all choices, along with funding percentages, schedules and efficiency reports.
      3. Person's taxes not addressed specifically will by default go into the healthiest and safest, basic services, as designated by congress and civilian voters.
      4. Tax funding for military, espionage and surveillance can only be chosen by non-Gov, non-affiliated citizens, past or present, who can contribute no more than 20% of their income taxes. Any funding shortfalls will be supplemented only if necessary, and excess funding will return into the civilian tax pool. A properly formatted, minimum two paragraph explanation for their funding choice must be included for completion.
   5. Excess general and specified funding will be prioritized to first supplement the healthiest underfunded services. All Gov. services repeatedly underfunded will be reviewed for downsizing or removal. If total annual Gov. funding is accomplished, 60% of excess will go towards paying any debt and 40% minimum into reserve funding.
   6. The U.S. Federal Reserve central banking system will not charge interest of any kind or profit from funding the U.S. Government, or it must be replaced. It must be funded annually as a U.S. Gov institution, with all expenditures approved by Congress and civilian voters, and with no profit scheme, motive or possibility.
